When Tibor Kovarik, the founder of ACCUMAX recognized the technical limitations of his brand name putter, it became clear that his engineering skills would soon be put to the test. Having worked as a Design Engineer in the Aerospace industry for over 39 years, he wanted to apply his technical knowledge to design a putter with the features of the "Bronze Beam". The club had to have: excellent balance, stability, high moment of inertia (MOI), low and aft located center of gravity (CG), a generous sight line, firm yet soft feel and a unique appearance.

It took six years to develop the "Bronze Beam" which has been granted patents in the USA and Canada. Having passed the stringent examination of the USGA and RCGA, the putter is legal in tournament play. Practical testing by professional and amateur golfers has generated a market response for this unique and unusual product. As a result, it is now available to golfers who can appreciate the quality of a fine product
